Microneedling

Microneedling, also known as skin needling, is a procedure using a device covered with tiny, shallow needles to essentially insert small holes in the skin surface. Microneedling is an ideal treatment for problem areas on the skin caused by acne or chickenpox, as well as for fine lines, discoloration and general skin rejuvenation. These microscopic wounds stimulate new collagen deposition which may last for up to a year, yet they close within less than an hour causing no bruising or injury. More than one session is likely to be needed to achieve the desired results.
